How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks after payment confirmation. However, our orders are typically delivered within an average of 25 days.
Delivery time is counted from payment confirmation on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed, which will take 1 to 10 days depending on demand. Rest assured, 97% of orders ship within 3 business days.
How do I track my order?
You can track it using the tracking code sent to your registered email address.
Since shipping is international, it may take 3 to 10 days for the code to appear.

Couriers take 3 to 10 days to upload international codes to the system, so if your code doesn't work, please be patient and try again later.
Will I be charged customs duties?

I received my product but it is incomplete:
Generally, when your order has multiple items, it may be sent in separate shipments, as we use different distribution channels. You may receive the items on different dates. So don't worry if you don't receive all your orders at once; they will arrive.
Will I receive the product at my home?
Yes, most orders are shipped to the shipping address.
However, you may need to pick up your order at your local post office if the address cannot be located or there have been multiple failed delivery attempts (address unavailable).
We ask that you track your order using the tracking code provided in your email so that it doesn't return to the sender if you're waiting for pickup for an extended period.
NOTE: Make sure the shipping address on file is correct.
I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Most orders ship the next day.
Please email us the day you placed your order so we can update your address before it ships.
We can't make any corrections after the order has shipped.
The tracking shows it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Ask the residents of your home. They may have accepted the order and you don't know it yet.
You can also contact your local post office. Sometimes, the tracking code tells you it was delivered while the order is still at the local post office, and that the delivery may have been delayed and will be delivered the next day.
Please also check your mailbox to make sure you haven't received any notifications from the carrier. If there was a failed delivery attempt, a notification will be left informing you of the incident and providing guidance on how to deliver your order.
We can only provide a refund if the order is lost in transit, meaning if your order has no tracking updates 60 days after the shipping date. Delivered orders cannot be refunded.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
My order has been shipped but I need to change my address - what do I do?
Sorry, changes cannot be made to orders that have already been shipped. If it still hasn't been shipped, please contact us at service@sarahomebr.com to change your address and other shipping options.
Tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I haven't received anything in the mail. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we recommend that you contact the carrier first and find out the status of the package. It can be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
If the carrier customer service cannot help you, please contact us at service@sarahomebr.com and we will open an issue as a lost package.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items can be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait 2-3 days and if the package has not arrived after that, please contact us at service@sarahomebr.com.
Can I speed up the shipment?
If you need it by a specific date, please leave us a message on the checkout page. We will try to arrange it for you.
If the date is too close and we cannot guarantee delivery by this date, we will notify you and let you decide whether to keep this order.
Please note that expeditions cannot be made after the order is placed or shipped.
I ordered travel products, but they arrived too late and I no longer need them. Who will cover the return shipping costs?
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped. Sorry, we cannot pay for return shipping.
