Delivery and Collection
When placing an order on the website, you will receive a reminder about the estimated delivery time. Our team will endeavor to complete delivery within the allotted time, but we cannot guarantee that the products will be delivered to you within the allotted time.
We guarantee all orders throughout the transit process until delivery or collection of the item. When withdrawing money, you must sign the acknowledgment. After signing the receipt, you are responsible for the merchandise. If the gift recipient is not the original purchaser or if the gift has been delivered, please accept the signature of the aforementioned person as proof of delivery and indicate that we have completed your order and accepted the transfer of related responsibilities.
